The Short Version
It started over a fence — after work.
Two neighbors, a couple of homebrew kits, and a standing invitation to "come try this one." What began as evening batches passed over the back fence turned into something neither of us could shake: a place built for the best part of the day.
We put both our names on the door because that's the honest truth of it — every recipe, every barrel, every late night was a partnership. P.M. is Purnell & McIntosh. P.M. Brewing Co. is for the community. Two names, two meanings, one drink.
