Six beers, one evening. Each pour is named for its hour — the lineup walks from the 5 o'clock sun all the way to last call. Same place, different time.
5:17 PM → 11:59 PM
Always on tap. Read them top to bottom and you've watched a whole evening go by.
Crisp, golden, and built for the first one of the evening. A squeeze of lime and the whole day melts off your shoulders.
Soft wheat and a bright citrus lift, catching the last warm light of the day. Easy, sunny, and endlessly refillable.
Banana, clove, and a hazy amber glow — the beer for that orange-pink sky right before the porch lights come on.
Soft, juicy, and a little dreamy — mango and tangerine for the hour the sky goes purple and nobody's checking the time.
Chocolate, coffee, and a smooth roasty depth. The one you settle into once the crowd thins and the conversation gets good.
Velvet-dark, barrel-kissed, and in no hurry. Vanilla, dark chocolate, and a warm finish for the end of a good night.
After Hours · Barrel Reserve
Aged in local bourbon barrels until they turn to velvet. Small batches, big character — poured while they last.
Our Last Call, rested a year in bourbon barrels. Oak, vanilla, and a slow, warming finish. Sip it and stay a while.
Caramel, fig, and dark toffee with a boozy warmth that rewards the patient. Released once a year.
Dark fruit, leather, and a whisper of oak. A slow sipper that drinks like a warm Kentucky evening.
Rotating & Seasonal
The one-offs and the exceptions — including the single beer we'll admit belongs in the A.M.
Smooth cold-brew coffee and cream — our cheeky nod to the other half of the clock. The only one that belongs before noon.
Big, dank, and resinous for when one more turns into three. Not for the faint of heart — or the early to bed.
Rich, bready, and bronze — brewed to be shared by the stein when the evenings turn cool.
The tap list rotates often — the freshest lineup is always the one on the wall.
